一八六一年至一九二九年，是名法國雕塑家、畫家和教育家，為羅丹（Auguste Rodin）的助手和學生。其作品風格在早年時較多模仿其師風格，而後因熱愛古代東方和中世紀藝術，確立了屬於自己的裝飾性風格。最具代表作品為《阿維爾將軍紀念碑》。
